What are amalzon’s Values and Why are they so important to me?
My goal was not just to start a business and make a profit-it was to build an amazing brand. I wanted to create a place where everyone would like to buy gifts, bring joy to the hearts of their loved ones, and make them feel that my store is their second home. We have a motto within our company where we Echo at the beginning of every new day and say, (give the best for the best!). For us, this means determination and motivation when we see the recipient is happy and the sender feels that he has put his money and trust in the right product, so our efforts are proof that we have been able to be the best at what we do. This individual value is passed from the members of the Amazon store team from customer service to the product inspection and selection department, through the import department, the canning Department, the marketing department, and our delivery heroes. I feel that we all share the same belief that we want to be a source of joy and happiness for the hearts of all senders and recipients.
Challenges we’ve encountered along the way.
Starting a business and establishing a new idea is actually very difficult, and not as easy as some describe on networking sites that just entering the world of e-commerce will be wealth with ease, but this is not new news or oblivious to who owns awareness. For us, the period of starting, establishing, obtaining loans, and selling personal belongings in order to raise our capital was the most difficult. We were in a constant state of fear, not knowing whether our model was different enough, whether what we had money would be enough for the start, or if we would succeed at all. It didn’t help that a lot of people seemed to feel that the area we chose (an online gift shop) wasn’t that serious and wouldn’t introduce the new and rather didn’t have any distinction enough to consider innovation. I remember at first, I had gone and knocked on the doors of many acquaintances and those from whom I expect to be welcoming and financially funded several times, and every time I mention that we are in the process of creating an online gift shop, I would automatically feel an atmosphere of disinterest. In addition to the constant state of fear, that’s when I realized that I had to do everything myself and rely on the resources I had and the experiences I gained from my previous jobs. And to be completely honest with our clients, these challenges haven’t changed overnight, however, they’ve kind of diminished as the days go by. Personally, I feel that in business, some of these insecurities become part of you, and sometimes even help you make the right decisions. But I didn’t give up and on the contrary, I continued to work hard and honestly, following the motto “Give the best for the best”. And “a special and memorable gift”.
